I note that the Cornell roster now lists Foca at 184 (Loew is still there at 184), so it seems like this is a permanent move.

Flowrestling and The Open Mat now have Foca ranked at 184. Ethan Hatcher (backup last year at 184 and 197) is listed as an entry at 174 (one of nine for Cornell) in this weekend's Mat Town I Open. The tea leaves appear to be settling.

The EIWA website shows Navy attending, too. Tri-meet? You'd figure some Lock Haven guys will show, too.
