Poland Open

Post by Red95 »

Yianni in the finals starting ~noon EDT. He dropped a wild match to Muszukajev but due to the round robin format still made it to the semis where he smoked McKenna. The guy he faces in the finals he beat solidly in the round robin.

Has to be a confidence booster heading into 2021 WTT after a disappointing OTT.

Yianni got a little bit of a boost when his third round match was a forfeit W and Musukaev also forfeited 1:30 into his third RR match, knocking him out of medal contention. Without that, he probably finishes his pool in second and has to go through Musukaev again.

Looked good against McKenna, a dubious 4 given to Musukaev against Yianni and Musukaev still can't wrestle for 6 full minutes.

Musukaev has to be a heavy smoker. Very similar cardio condition to the first time he met Yianni. The guy has world class skills but his tank is near empty the instant he steps on the mat.
